As we wrap up our series on various Flex development frameworks, Andrew Nguyen will be presenting a CRUD example using Parsley. We will have an open discussion on some of the frameworks we have explored over the last couple months.

Andrew Nguyen is a User-Experience Developer who has developed engaging software for clients such as Disneyland and Ritz Camera.  When he isn't coding he goes on the hunt for the perfect red-velvet cupcake.

Cairngorm 3 Intro

We will continue our series of Flex framework overviews. This month, Mike Merchant will be presenting an introduction to Cairngorm 3. With version 3, the Cairngorm architecture has changed significantly as described on the Cairngorm website:

“Instead of centering around a specific implementation of the Model-View-Controller pattern, Cairngorm 3 consists of a broader set of guidelines, tools and libraries that apply across frameworks. Cairngorm aims to help developers apply Flex and third-party frameworks effectively.”
